With so many changes going on in the body throughout a pregnancy, it might be hard to know what kind of exercises are good for you and the baby.
I can guide you through all the different stages, keeping you fit and strong throughout your pregnancy and in the post-natal stage.
Good nutrition, combined with exercise and physical activity, can help you to reach a healthy weight, improve muscle growth and promotes your overall health.
But with the overload of information out there about nutrition and different diets, it’s sometimes hard to know what’s best for you and your goals.
