For first-time clients, your first session is a free taster session where I will take you through an example work out. We will also discuss your goals, what you want to get out of your training and anything else I need to know about your current and past fitness experience.
Due to COVID-19, I only offer one-to-one sessions online or outdoor.
My online sessions are held through either Skype, FaceTime or Zoom. You can tell me beforehand what kind of space and equipment you have available at home – but you don’t necessarily need any, we can always be creative!
Outdoor sessions will be held at either Alexandra palace, Highgate Woods or Priory Park.
Once things return back to normal and gyms open up again, I will also offer home and gym training sessions.
