In your first session I’ll take you through an example work out and we will also discuss your goals and what you want to get out of your training.

What I offer:

  • 60 min | Online session
  • 60 min | Out door / home session
  • 75 min | Partner workout (online or in person)
  • 75 min | Friends workout (up to 4 people online, up to 6 people in person)
  • Monthly membership | 2 – 5 personal tailored workouts send to you weekly & regular check- ups
  • Nutrition consultation | including recipes and tips

My online sessions are held through either Skype, FaceTime or Zoom. You can tell me beforehand what kind of space and equipment you have available at home – but you don’t necessarily need any, we can always be creative!
